As someone who recently transitioned into interior design full-time after coming from a 10 year career in tech, this is the best book I have read on the business of interior design by far. It is up-to-date with relevant advice for the digital age, and the questions that Kim asks in the exercises are thought-provoking. It's clear she has a really firm understanding of marketing for interior design. After reading this book on a 4 hour flight, I came away with pages of notes for updating my website and social media channels. The interviews with top designers are also incredibly inspiring!
